Join us for the 5th Anniversary of the Kansas City Zoo Run for the Frogs!

There are three ways to register:

2. Download an entry form. All mail-in entries must be received by September 8th.
   
   
3. 4-Mile Team Registration
   • 3-5 participants (Male, Female or Co-ed teams available)
   • Top 3 scores determine the team's total time.
   • Each team member receives a custom t-shirt with your company or organization's logo on the back.
   • Commemorative Team awards.
     
     
     • If you want to put together a team, enter on-line at Active.com or download the Team Registration Entry form. This form must be submitted in one envelope with the individual signed entry forms (above) for each team member.
     • All sponsorships will receive a minimum of one team.
     • All logos will need to be received by September 3rd in order to ensure a custom t-shirt order.
