All volunteers will receive a free entry into the zoo and a t-shirt. We will have the run rain or shine.

This year, we have listed each of the volunteer opportunities on Active.com to sign up, even if you have a group. So, feel free to click here and sign up. RACE DAY NEEDS - Saturday, September 18th:

• Course Monitors: Need 60+ people to help along the course. Arrive at 7:30am and finish about 11:00am.
  
  
• Course Set Up: Need 3 people Friday - 3:00pm to 5:00pm; Need 3 people Saturday - 5:30am to 8:30am.
  
  
• Parking/Directions: Need 5 parking/directional volunteers - arrive 5:30am to 9:45am.
  
  
• Finish Line: Need 12 people to take timing chips off of shoes 7:30am to 9:45am.
  
  
• Volunteer/Info Tables: Need 6 people to help check in volunteers; provide spectators of participants with a discount coupon. Arrive at 6:00am and finish about 10:00am.
  
  
• Packet Pickup:
  *Need 5 people Friday, September 17th from 11am to 8pm @ Garry Gribble's - Ward Parkway Mall.
  *Need 10 people Saturday, September 18th from 6:30am to 9:30am @ the zoo. (These people will help with registration and then be course monitors for about 15 minutes.)
  
  
• Food: Need 7 people Saturday. Arrive at 7:00am and finish about 11:00am.
  
  
• Awards: Need 5 people Saturday. Arrive at 8:00am and finish about 12:00pm.
  
  
• Aid Stations: Need 3 aid stations on Saturday. Groups of 3-5 people are needed for each station. Tables, water and Powerade provided. Arrive at 7:00am and finish about 10:30am.
  
  
• T-Shirt Sales: Post-Race - sell Race Day t-shirts in the Zoo at the Food Tent. Arrive 7:30am to 11:00am.
